Processing time

Orders are made and packed by hand. Please allow 2–4 business days before dispatch. Personalised items need one extra day, because the engraving is done after the order is placed.

Shipping rates and delivery

  • United States & Canada — 7–12 business days — $9, free on orders over $90
  • Europe & UK — 6–10 business days — $12, free on orders over $120
  • Asia Pacific — 5–9 business days — $8, free on orders over $80
  • Rest of world — 10–18 business days — $15

All orders ship with tracking. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop.

Duties and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. Import duties and local taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. Most orders under $150 clear without charge.

Returns

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Personalised pieces — anything engraved with a name or initials — cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or the engraving is not what you asked for.

To start a return, email us with your order number and we will send the return address and instructions.

Faults and warranty

Every piece carries a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal patina, darkening and surface marks are not defects — they are what the leather is supposed to do.
